APM SUPERZOOM EYEPIECE 7.7-15.4mm

The APM Super Zoom 7.7 - 15.4mm eyepiece provides a wide range of magnifications with just about any telescope while keeping a wide field of view between 66° - 67°. The complex optical design has been optimized for edge sharpness even when using fast telescopes such as Newtonians. With between 18 - 20mm of eye relief, the APM Super Zoom eyepiece is comfortable to use with eyeglasses.

The Super Zoom eyepiece features clickstops every millimetre, making it convenient to use with binoviewers. Two external threads on the eye-side are included for compatibility with astigmatic correctors or eyepiece projection systems. 

Each optical surface features broadband multi-layer coatings. In addition, the body is fully blackened for high contrast and stray light suppression. The solid combined 1.25" & 2" barrel includes an M28.5 filter thread, allowing you to connect any standard 1.25" mounted filter. 

Note: The Super Zoom eyepiece cannot reach focus with interchangeable eyepiece binoculars except for the APM 150mm series.
